Job summary

Mygrant Glass is seeking a Material Handler in Fridley, MN. This hands-on warehouse role handles glass products, using RFIDs and equipment to receive, stock, and fulfill orders while maintaining safety and accuracy. Reports to the Branch Manager and offers benefits and room for advancement.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and a strong attention to detail. The position is full-time with competitive hourly pay and benefits including insurance and a 401(k) policy.

Responsibilities

• Select incoming pick tickets using RFID to fulfill orders accurately.
• Prepare, pack, scan, and stage products for transfer and delivery.
• Receive, process, and store incoming auto glass shipments.
• Inspect shipments, document damages or shortages, and initiate freight claims if needed.
• Verify contents against packing lists and ensure complete deliveries.
• Verify vendor part numbers and stock numbers for incoming items.
• Prepare receiving reports and note discrepancies or shortages.
• Store products in correct bin locations and maintain inventory order.
• Count stock against CORE inventory and report discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Report safety or maintenance concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain required certifications (hazardous materials, forklift, etc.).
• Break down boxes, stock accessories, and organize inventory.
