• Strategic Consulting & Client Advisory Help organizations define and execute GIS and utility modernization strategies.
• Strategic Consulting & Client Advisory Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand operational goals and challenges.
• Strategic Consulting & Client Advisory Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning discussions.
• Strategic Consulting & Client Advisory Translate business objectives into practical technology and process recommendations.
• Strategic Consulting & Client Advisory Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout project lifecycles.
• Program & Project Leadership Drive successful delivery of enterprise consulting engagements.
• Program & Project Leadership Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Program & Project Leadership Guide requirements analysis, solution planning, and deployment strategies.
• Program & Project Leadership Monitor project progress, manage key deliverables, and support successful outcomes.

What You Bring

• Background leading consulting engagements, technology programs, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with utility organizations or infrastructure‑focused environments.
• Knowledge of geospatial technologies and enterprise GIS platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, operational teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
• Strong relationship‑building, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, guide teams, and deliver results in dynamic environments.
• Typically brings several years of experience supporting large‑scale utility, GIS, or enterprise technology projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

• Nice to Have
• Experience with utility network modeling and modern network management practices.
• Familiarity with electric, gas, water, or other infrastructure industries.
• Experience designing or supporting enterprise geospatial applications.
• Knowledge of GIS data architecture, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Prior experience mentoring consultants, analysts, or technical teams.
• Exposure to business development, account growth, or client‑facing consulting activities.
• Industry conference speaking, publishing, or thought leadership experience.
