TSCG, a privately held, commercial real estate company, is hiring a Location Data Analyst in our Nashville, TN office. This position is an in-office position with the ability to have 1 day remote after initial training period.

Since 1984, our retail real estate platform has provided a full range of advisory services to tenants, landlords, developers, investors, and financial institutions throughout our territory. Our work on their behalf is dedicated to the validation of those descriptions. With 21 offices throughout the eastern U.S., we are the largest firm in our field in the United States.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required in GIS, Geography, or Geoinformatics or related discipline
• Knowledge of ESRI products - Minimum of beginner knowledge of ArcGIS Desktop Standard ArcPro

Essential Functions:

• Consult with sales professionals/agents to define project requirements, investigating various approaches to maximize efficiency and produce best-in-class end products.
• Advise sales professionals/agents on geographic information available, analytical projects, and complex GIS solutions.
• Gather research and information to keep client-related data and market data up to date and accurate in the central database.

Technical and Core Competencies:

• ESRI Desktop Specific:
  • Manipulate datasets within a versioned enterprise geodatabase, file geodatabase, or other GIS formats
  • Create high-quality maps using GIS techniques and cartographic best practices, understanding symbology layers, styles, layout templates, and workflows
  • Use of common Geoprocessing Tools
  • Experience with Network Analyst and Spatial Analyst extensions (a plus)
• ESRI Web Specific:
  • Experience creating ArcGIS Online products like web maps, web apps, story maps (a plus)
  • Experience with Business Analyst Online, including project design and report/infographic creation (a plus)
• Other:
  • Knowledge of data management, sharing models, and demographic data
  • Proficient in Excel or similar software for data preparation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar business communication tools
