GIS Software Developer

Location: Remote

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Software Developer with a strong background in GIS application development to join our growing team. This role will focus primarily on front‑end design and development for GIS‑based applications, while also offering opportunities to contribute to back‑end integrations, Python development, and data ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front‑end GIS applications and user interfaces.
• Collaborate with project teams to create intuitive and responsive web‑based mapping solutions.
• Integrate GIS data and services into front‑end applications.
• Work with APIs, mapping frameworks, and geospatial data visualization tools.
• Support back‑end development efforts including Python scripting, integrations, and ETL workflows when needed.
• Participate in software testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to technical documentation and development best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience developing GIS or geospatial applications.
• Strong front‑end development skills using modern JavaScript frameworks and web technologies.
