ONE Gas, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst II for GIS Services in Tulsa, OK (Hybrid). The role focuses on ensuring GIS and EAM data meet federal, state, and internal requirements, with responsibilities spanning QA methodologies, data quality reviews, and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of relevant experience, a GIS-related bachelor's degree, and hands-on use of Esri ArcGIS Pro and IBM Maximo, plus skills in Power BI, SQL, Python, and FME. Travel flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Geographic/Geospatial Information Science, Engineering, Business, or similar area of study.
• Two to four years of relevant professional experience; Minimum of one year required.
• Experience developing and managing geospatial data with Esri ArcGIS Pro and IBM Maximo.
• Experience analyzing large tabular data sets and using advanced geospatial techniques.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and Power BI, SQL, Python, and FME.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA methodologies for GIS and EAM data management.
• Create QA processes to review data entry and identify issues.
• Analyze data quality, produce reports, and support data quality improvements.
• Develop data quality reporting metrics and dashboards.
• Identify data/process improvement opportunities and coordinate implementation.
• Provide organizational support for data quality issues as required.
