Job summary

Cloudpoint Geospatial is seeking a Project Manager to ensure GIS projects are completed on time, on budget, and on scope. You will manage 10 to 20 projects for Local Government and Public Safety teams while collaborating with experienced GIS professionals.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, adaptable, and client-focused, able to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams and juggle multiple projects, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage GIS projects and client communications.
• Experience with Esri GIS technologies and project budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage project resources, schedules, budgets, scope and hours.
• Monitor progress and billing to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate tasks with GIS professionals to keep projects on schedule.
• Complete GIS-related tasks on own projects and assist others as needed.
• Serve as primary client contact for project communication.
• Identify issues and report to VP of Operations.
• Maintain thorough notes and documentation for multiple projects.
