Review technical documents for processing and implementing splits and combinations of real property for the Assessor's Office. Draw, edit and update mapping functions within the Geographic Information System (GIS) database and review ownership and parcel history under basic supervision. Work in this classification requires an individual to be able to perform the essential job functions satisfactorily. The hiring salary for this position is dependent upon experience, qualifications and position funding; starting salaries above the first quartile require additional approval.
