Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking a GIS Architect to design and support enterprise GIS architecture with strong experience in spatial databases, infrastructure, networking, and security. You will work across GIS technologies and engage with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. Onsite: Dallas, TX.

The role requires proficiency in Python/JavaScript/REST APIs and collaboration across teams to align GIS with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and supporting enterprise GIS architecture.
• Deep knowledge of spatial databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL/PostGIS).
• Experience with GIS servers, networking, load balancing, storage, and infrastructure.
• Proficient in Python/JavaScript/REST APIs for scripting and automation.
• Understanding of security architecture, governance and enterprise security frameworks.
• Experience with DR/BCP and SDLC within Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
