Arbormetrics (AMS) is seeking a GIS Analyst to transform spatial data into actionable insights for utility vegetation management. The role supports infrastructure planning, data accuracy, and reporting across GIS databases, maps, and dashboards.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in GIS, a relevant degree, and proficiency in ArcGIS/QGIS, with Python/SQL scripting considered a plus. Office-based with potential field visits and travel as needed.

The pay range for this position is from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour, contingent upon relevant education, experience, and industry-specific certifications. This specified range is determined by the tier associated with the job posting. However, should the employee be classified under a different tier, the compensation may fall outside the stated range.
Primarily office-based with occasional fieldwork; may involve travel to utility corridors or remote locations. Work may include exposure to various weather conditions and terrain. Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, operate a computer and related equipment, and occasionally travel to field sites. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and walk on uneven terrain may be required for field data collection.
