Responsibilities include maintaining student safety, promoting positive relations, and communicating instructions effectively while staying current with coaching techniques and best practices.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for a valid Pupil Activity Permit with the Ohio Department of Education.
• Permit components include Fundamentals of Coaching; Concussion Training; CPR; and First Aid, Health and Safety for Coaches.

Responsibilities

• Coach girls wrestling at Olentangy Berlin High School.
• Ensure student safety and respond appropriately to crises.
• Promote good public relations and communicate directives clearly to students.
• Stay current with coaching techniques and innovations.
