The coach will instruct and supervise all wrestling practices and matches, while upholding IHSAA/MSAC rules and FWCS policies, fostering positive relations with students, parents, teachers, and administrators.

Qualifications

• Prefer candidate with high school coaching experience.
• Must be willing to obtain SPB/ Minibus certification before season.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to work with students from multicultural backgrounds.
• Commitment to high academic and athletic expectations.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and supervise all athletic practices and games.
• Coordinate with head coaches and assistants.
• Comply with IHSAA, MSAC rules and FWCS policies.
• Develop positive working relations with students, parents, teachers, and administrators.
• Available after school 3:30 PM on weekdays if not FWCS teacher.
