• Maintain discipline and morale; ensure safe, respectful program operations.
• Coordinate scheduling, transportation and event requirements for tournaments.
• Prepare facilities and equipment; ensure proper inventory and maintenance.
• Provide documentation for state requirements and eligibility; ensure safeguarding of equipment.
• Promote the sport within and outside the school; engage with media and booster clubs.
