Trinity School seeks a part-time Girls Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach for the Spring 2027 season. The role covers Feb 16, 2027 to May 14, 2027, with planning outside the season required and a Florida training trip Mar 21–25, 2027.

Qualifications include coaching experience, preferred Bachelor's degree, and ability to manage relationships with athletes, coaches and parents; sessions run weekdays 3:30–6:30 PM with 12–18 games.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in participating in and/or coaching competitive lacrosse.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred and collegiate lacrosse experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and upholding team values (sportsmanship, integrity).
• Experience teaching lacrosse concepts at intermediate to advanced levels; managing relationships with athletes, coaches, and parents.

Responsibilities

• Attend practices and games as scheduled (weekday afternoons, 3:30–6:30 PM).
• Support 12–18 competition dates; some dates may extend past 5:30 PM.
• Participate in planning and communication outside of the season; travel on Training Trip to Florida (Mar 21–25, 2027).
