Byron Center Public Schools is seeking a Girls Lacrosse Head Coach to lead an education-based athletics program in Byron Center, Michigan. The ideal candidate will foster character development, emphasize Positive Coaching practices, and uphold district athletic codes while building a strong, cohesive girls lacrosse program.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to running clinics, off-season programs, and summer camps to grow the program and community

• Strong knowledge of and ability to teach the fundamental skills and strategies of lacrosse.

• Dedicated to building a strong team and program.
• Willingness to attend clinics.
• Willingness to run off-season programs.
• Willingness to run camps/clinics.
• Exhibit strong leadership abilities.
• Good organizational skills.
• Previous head coaching experience preferred.
