Job summary

Young World Physical Education is seeking a Girls Ice Hockey Head Coach for Nauset Regional High School. The coach will be responsible for all aspects of managing a successful program, which includes fundraising, transporting the team, and communicating effectively with parents and school staff.

The ideal candidate should have previous coaching or playing experience in ice hockey, valid CPR/AED certification, and must complete necessary background checks. This part-time position is available starting November 2026.

Qualifications

• Previous ice hockey coaching and/or playing experience at the high school, college, or private club levels.
• Must have valid CPR/AED certification.
• Must complete state-required criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of a successful program.

DESCRIPTIVE STATEMENT/OF POSITION: Responsible for all aspects of a successful program. Other responsibilities may include fundraising, transporting team in school vans, and communicating with parents & school staff.

QUALIFICATIONS: Previous ice hockey coaching and/or playing experience at the high school, college or private club levels. Must have valid CPR/AED certification and complete the NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching Course. Must have completed the state of MA required criminal background check, including CORI and a national criminal background check by way of fingerprint.

SALARY: $7,941.50
