Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to operate a cash register.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service and assist with selection of flowers and gifts.
• Operate cash register and process charges.
• Maintain department filing/record-keeping.
• Track inventory of candy, cookies, balloons and toiletries.
• Maintain daily lottery records.
• Make photocopies and distribute requested materials.
• Assist callers for delivery orders and handle phone orders.
• Adhere to organizational competencies and standards.
