Job summary

Willies Distillery Inc is seeking a Gift Shop Administrator in Ennis, MT. You will manage merchandise procurement, selling, inventory, and services in a retail setting to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities include purchasing, inventory management, EBITDA tracking, and supporting ecommerce and wholesale non-spirits channels. Strong communication and Excel skills are required; Shopify experience is a plus.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Proficient in Point-of-Sales operations. We use Shopify.
• Ability to build rapport with vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel/working with spreadsheets.
