Job summary

Harry & David is seeking a hardworking associate to assemble gifts and manage pallet layouts in a temperature-controlled packing environment. You will read SKUs and expiration dates to ensure correct item placement and keep the shipping line stocked with products.

Responsibilities include meeting quality assurance and vendor standards, stacking pallets, and collaborating across departments. Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow instructions are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks (walking, bending, twisting, using hands and arms)
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and occasionally lift overhead
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (-10°F to 40°F)
• Must demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail and ability to match SKUs and product specifications
• Honest and respectful communication with team members
