Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks (walking, bending, twisting, using hands and arms)
Able to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and occasionally lift overhead
Ability to work in varying temperatures (-10°F to 40°F)
Must demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality
Strong attention to detail and ability to match SKUs and product specifications
Honest and respectful communication with team members

Assemble gifts according to production specifications
Ensure pallet patterns meet packaging requirements
Meet quality assurance and vendor compliance standards
Physically stack and unstack pallets
Keep the shipping line stocked with product and remove completed pallets
Read and match SKU numbers and expiration dates to ensure correct item placement
Perform duties in other departments as assigned
Follow all SQF (Safe Quality Foods) guidelines
Able to perform repetitive tasks such as walking, bending, twisting, and using hands, wrists, and arms
Able to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously; may be required to extend product overhead occasionally
Able to work in varying temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F
Must demonstrate honest and respectful communication
