Job summary

Buc-ee's is seeking a Seasonal Gift/Merchandise Sales Associate to enhance the guest experience by stocking, pricing, and merchandising Buc-ee’s unique gift items. You will help create attractive displays and connect guests with gift items to make their trip memorable.

Seasonal hires run November 1 – January 4. The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating POS systems, with opportunities for advancement within Buc-ee's, Ltd. as an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail, customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• Must be able to stand and walk on a hard or concrete surface for long periods of time
• Must be able to bend, reach, climb, kneel, squat, reach overhead and side to side and able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, price and merchandise Buc-ee’s gift items
• Create visual merchandising displays to attract guests to the gift department
• Use Point Of Sale and transaction devices for check-in of goods and sales
• Communicate with store management and team members to resolve guest needs
• Assist in maintaining the visual presentation and pricing of products

Overview$20.00 per hour – Gift Associate SeasonalThe Gift/Merchandise Sales Associate enhances the Buc-ee’s experience by receiving, stocking, and merchandising Buc-ee’s unique gift items.
