Job summary

Buc-ee’s Murfreesboro LLC is hiring for a retail associate in Murfreesboro, TN. You will complete pricing, merchandising and selling tasks, while maintaining product presentation and using POS devices for receiving goods.

The role requires customer-focused service in a fast-paced setting; prior retail or sales experience is preferred. Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds is expected.

Responsibilities

• Complete pricing, merchandising and selling tasks efficiently.

Overview

Salary: $20.00 per hour. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 3 weeks paid time off, and a 401k with 100% match up to 6%.

Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently complete assigned tasks such as pricing, merchandising, and selling.
• Communicate professionally and build positive working relationships with store management and team members.
• Consistently execute the Company’s visual presentation through product pricing and merchandising.
• Illustrate competent use of Point of Sale and transaction devices for receiving and checking in of goods.
• Identify and resolve immediate customer and store needs with moderate supervision.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
• Perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous retail, customer service, and/or sales experience (preferred).
• Ability to function in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure work environment.
• Ability to stand and walk on a hard or concrete surface for long periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, climb, kneel, squat, reach overhead and side to side.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
