Job summary

UBS is seeking ambitious students for its 2027 Group Internal Consulting (GIC) Summer Internship Program. You will join an in-house consultancy, working on high-impact change, and gain exposure to diverse clients and business challenges while building consulting-grade skills.

The 10-week paid internship offers mentorship, real project work, and training to develop stakeholder management and change delivery capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Experience working in a project-based environment.
• Values: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Motivated to work in a high-demand, deadline-driven business environment.
• Evidence of how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a GIC engagement team, supporting the delivery of critical change at scale.
• Gain exposure to multiple clients and problem statements, rather than focusing on one narrow area.
• Help structure complex challenges, develop actionable solutions, and support execution across transformation and change initiatives.
• Build consulting, stakeholder management, and change delivery skills through hands-on project work and targeted training.
• Develop confidence working in ambiguous, high-impact environments.
