Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, FL. This full-time role runs 6:45am–7:15pm with every-other weekend and no on-call.

You will provide direct patient care, apply the nursing process, and uphold clinical standards in a supportive team environment. Requirements include RN licensure, BLS, ACLS if required by department, and 6+ months of RN experience.

Qualifications

• RN with 6+ months experience required.
• BLS and RN licensure in good standing; ACLS if required by department.
• New Grad RN or RN student should apply to Clinical Nurse Residency.
• Education either an Associate degree or Diploma; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cares for a group of patients with minimal supervision using the nursing process.
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to the health care team.
• Maintains professional accountability and seeks opportunities to develop.
• Promotes evidence-based clinical care exemplifying clinical excellence.
