Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks a GI Surgery Center Administrator for a physician‑partnered ambulatory center in Southern Arizona. This leadership role runs the daily operations of a high‑volume center performing 850–1,000 procedures monthly across 4 treatment rooms, generating about $400K in monthly revenue.

You’ll partner with the governing board, medical staff, and a national home office to drive regulatory compliance, budgeting, staffing, and quality initiatives, while strengthening physician

Qualifications

• Experience leading ASC or hospital surgical leadership with ASC exposure.
• 2-5+ years of relevant experience.
• A hands-on, collaborative leadership style with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across administrative, clinical support, and business functions
• Act as liaison between the Governing Board, physicians, facility leadership, and home office
• Own regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety compliance
• Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets
• Monitor financial performance and proactively address operational risks
• Build and lead the team, including staffing and workforce planning
• Strengthen physician relationships and oversee credentialing and medical staff coordination
• Manage vendor, service, and physician contracts
• Drive quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiatives
• Identify opportunities for service line growth and operational improvement
