Qualifications

• Previous leadership or nurse management experience preferred.
• GI, Endoscopy, Med/Surg, or procedural care experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the GI Unit nursing team.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff development.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and hospital leadership.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts.
• Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
• Monitor unit operations, workflow efficiency, and resource utilization.
