The MSL builds strong relationships with KOLs, supports investigator-initiated studies, and stays current with the evolving GI landscape while collaborating with Medical Affairs, R&D, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a doctoral level degree or equivalent with deep scientific knowledge.
• Experience engaging healthcare professionals with scientific, non-promotional information.
• Ability to collect and analyze scientific data and field insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan for the territory aligned with strategy.
• Cultivate relationships with community and academic leaders to advance scientific credibility.
• Engage in high-quality two-way scientific exchange and apply insights to strategy.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance decision making and efficiency in core duties.
• Maintain awareness of competitors and integrate evidence-based context into engagements.
• Deliver tailored scientific data to clinicians through clear dialogue and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal partners to address unmet needs and educational initiatives.
• Collect and submit actionable insights to inform medical strategy.
• Respond to unsolicited inquiries about products and research with balanced information.
