Job summary

Corewell Health's Gastroenterology Grand Rapids clinic is seeking a Medical Assistant for a full-time, day shift role. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for external applicants or current CHW MA Apprentice Students.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Competency-based medical assistant training program completed.
• 1 year of healthcare/physician practice experience preferred.
• BLS certification required within 90 days.
• CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA/NRCMA certification required within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the clinical support team and assist medical staff.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Competency-based Medical Assistant training program

1 year healthcare experience (preferred)
