Job summary

Loma Linda University Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse CN-C for the GI Lab. You will prioritize and coordinate patient care, employing independent judgment in a high-paced GI laboratory environment.

The role requires BSN (or equivalent), CA RN license, and sedation experience. You may float to other LLUH GI labs and participate in leadership activities within the shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or equivalent depending on tenure.
• Two years' experience in acute care nursing or procedural area with sedation.
• California RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and coordinate patient care in the GI Lab under LLUMC.
• Perform procedures with sedation and specialized instrumentation.
• Document care using the electronic medical record and other systems.
• Supervise licensed and unlicensed staff and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• May float to other GI lab locations and serve in Shift Coordinator role when oriented.
