Endoscopy Center of Dayton, a USPI affiliate, is seeking a dedicated GI/Endoscopy Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement nursing care for pre- and post-surgical patients, ensuring high-quality, safe care in accordance with professional standards.

Position is full-time and weekdays only with no holidays, weekends, or on-call; some evenings may be required. Competitive salary and benefits package offered to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS Required.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for pre or post-surgical patients.
• Ensure the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with standards.
• Uphold professional nursing, JCAHO and Federal/State standards of care.
