Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited RN School of Nursing required.
• Active RN license in the state necessary.
• ACLS certification required.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment essential.
• Must prioritize and organize workload effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate nursing care for pre or post-surgical patients.
• Ensure safe delivery of patient care under professional standards.
• Maintain compliance with nursing, JCAHO, and state standards.
