Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Maintain current Connecticut RN license.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessment, planning, intervention, documentation, and evaluation.
• Develop individualized education and care plans for each patient.
• Provide education and support to family members.
• Direct ancillary staff based on patient and family needs.
• Ensure patient and family satisfaction and confidentiality.
