Job summary

UCI Health in California is seeking a clinical nurse to join the team, reporting to the Administrative Nurse. The nurse will provide care to an assigned group of patients, performing assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation, and will assist with procedures and patient education.

The role requires California RN licensure, BSN, and certifications including PALS, BLS, and ACLS, with at least 2 years in Interventional GI.

Qualifications

• PALS certification upon hire.
• California RN license.
• BSN required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• 2 years current Interventional GI experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge and practice of infection control techniques.
• Ability to maintain flexibility in a changing environment.
• Ability to work at a suitable pace and establish relationships across the Health System.
