The Advance Practice Nurse collaborates with physicians to provide primary care and manage patient health within a GI setting. Candidates should hold an MS in Nursing, Missouri RN license, active NP certification, and a collaborative practice arrangement.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing from an Accredited School of Nursing
• Current Missouri registered nurse license (RN)
• Nurse Practitioner certification and active status
• Collaborative Practice Arrangement with the organization as a provider
• Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) verification

Responsibilities

• The Advance Practice Nurse provides primary care in collaboration with physicians and the health care team.
• Maintains advanced knowledge in health promotion, disease prevention, and clinical assessment.
• Manages health and illness in the care of individuals with appropriate leadership capabilities.
