Job summary

ktemedical in the West Orange area of New Jersey seeks a full-time anesthesiologist for GI cases only. The position is W-2 with a $500,000 annual compensation, malpractice coverage, 25 PTO days, and 50% health premium paid by the practice.

No nights, no call, five days per week with one weekend day, outpatient GI anesthesia. You will perform MAC and general anesthesia for upper and lower endoscopy in GI centers around North Jersey, managing pre-op assessment, anesthesia plan, and recovery, and

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist.
• Active New Jersey license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Experience with MAC and general anesthesia for GI.
• Team player capable of a five-day week with one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for GI patients in outpatient setting.
• Conduct pre-op assessment and anesthesia plan.
• Administer MAC or general anesthesia and monitor recovery.
• Manage endoscopy cases and conclude after list is done.
