SSM Health is seeking a full-time Gastroenterology Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join its team in Monroe, Wisconsin. This role offers a 4-day work week in a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic with opportunities for some inpatient consults. Qualifications

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program.
• Ability to obtain both PA or NP and DEA licensure in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with primary care and specialty providers.
• Provide patient care autonomously.
