Job summary

SMX is hiring a GFEBS Support Professional to provide support for Army financial operations including daily issue resolution, process documentation and training, UMT analysis and research, Reimbursable Operations, issue tracking and ticketing, and overall process improvement.

Selected candidate will work in a federal government environment, collaborating with finance and IT teams to implement controls and maintain audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience as SAP functional support analyst for financial or logistical processes in SAP ECC.
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, maintenance, and supply chain processes.
• Experience in U.S. Federal Government environments, preferably DoD or Army.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily issue resolution for GFEBS and related Army ERP modules.
• Develop process documentation and deliver training for end users.
• Conduct UMT analysis and research to support system improvements.
• Support Reimbursable Operations and maintain ticketing and issue-tracking records.
• Drive continuous process improvements across financial operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Experience as SAP functional support analyst supporting financial or logistical processes in SAP ECC.
• Solid understanding of SAP end-to-end business processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, maintenance, supply chain).
• Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government environments, preferably within the DOD or U.S. Army.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

The proposed salary for this position is:

$112,000—$155,000 USD
