Job summary

MCS Health is seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate and manage documents and services for the Home Health Program across the island of Puerto Rico. You will act as the primary liaison with extended care home administrators, ensuring timely processing and resolution of service issues.

The role requires experience in provider services management, strong organizational skills, and willingness to travel around the island.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Services Administration, or other health-related fields.
• At least two (2) years of experience performing initiative management, program management, and provider services management.
• Driver's License valid in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Extended Care Home Administrators and Owners to maintain relationships and resolve service situations.
• Manage delivery, mailing, and pickup of documents and information related to the Home Health Program.
• Coordinate visitation schedules to extended care homes and keep administrators informed of programs.
• Audit and manage delivery of the Home Bundle Benefit to Long-Term Care Homes.
