Job summary

Five Star Bath Solutions is seeking a Show & Event Manager to lead our event strategy across North America. You will own the setup, execution, and performance of every show, coordinating logistics and teams to drive leads and consultations.

You will recruit and train promoters, coach live on-site, and ensure consistent brand presence at shows while contributing to a high-energy, customer-focused sales culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in events, retail, or promotional management
• Strong organizational and time management skills—you keep things running smoothly
• High-energy, people-first mindset—you lead from the front and inspire results
• Experience with home improvement or in-home services is a plus
• Availability for weekend and evening events (travel required)

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of energetic event promoters
