Qualifications

• Be 21–39 years old and physically healthy.
• Have at least one prior successful pregnancy.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident status.
• BMI under 30 and able to meet medical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services per agency protocols.
• Participate in medical, legal and emotional support processes.
• Attend required medical appointments and embryo transfer procedures.
• Contribute to a positive experience for intended families.
