Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 with at least one successful pregnancy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in gestational surrogacy as part of a supportive team.
• Follow medical, legal, and emotional guidance provided by the agency.
• Engage with a case manager and attend scheduled support activities.
