Surrogates receive structured financial packages with base compensation, allowances, and bonuses, along with medical, legal, and emotional guidance from our experienced team. A dedicated case manager and 24-hour support line ensure peace of mind throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• Must be emotionally supportive and able to commit to a long process.
• BMI under 30 and general good health.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.
• Age between 21 and 39 years.
• Must have had at least one successful pregnancy.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services with medical, legal, and emotional support.
• Coordinate with agency staff to ensure timely payments and intake processes.
• Participate in monthly surrogate support meetings and maintain ongoing communication with a dedicated case manager.
