Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old
• Have one successful pregnancy
• US citizen or permanent resident
• BMI under 30

Responsibilities

• Participate in surrogacy process with full support from the agency
• Receive and manage compensation and monthly allowances as provided
• Work with the agency to ensure a smooth and successful journey
