Qualifications

• Must be US citizen or permanent resident
• Be between ages 21-39 years old
• BMI under 30
• Have one successful pregnancy
• Willing to work with a surrogacy agency and follow its process

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents through the surrogacy journey with the agency’s medical, legal, and emotional guidance
• Complete the intake process and maintain open communication with your case manager
• Attend scheduled medical appointments and follow treatment protocols as advised
