Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• BMI (body mass index) under 30.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Help intended parents build their families through gestational surrogacy.
• Participate in the surrogacy journey with support from the agency.
• Attend monthly support meetings and work with a dedicated case manager to ensure timely payments.
