Qualifications

• BMI under 30 as required.
• Have had at least one successful pregnancy.
• US citizen or permanent resident status required.
• Ages 21 to 39 years old.

Responsibilities

• Serve as gestational surrogate following agency guidelines.
• Engage in medical, legal and emotional support processes as part of surrogacy.
• Collaborate with the agency and intended parents to ensure a smooth journey.
