Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Provide healthy pregnancies for intended parents with comprehensive support.
• Engage with medical, legal and emotional guidance throughout surrogacy.
• Attend monthly support meetings and work with a dedicated case manager.
