Job summary

Conceptual Options is seeking healthy gestational surrogates in the United States to help intended parents build families. You’ll receive comprehensive medical, legal, and emotional support throughout the surrogacy journey.

Compensation includes base pay, monthly allowances, signing bonuses, start-of-medications, and other benefits, with experienced surrogates earning significantly more. You’ll be assigned a dedicated case manager and have access to a 24-hour emergency line.

Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services with comprehensive support throughout the journey.
• Assist with medical, legal, and emotional aspects via the agency's team.
• Engage with intended parents and coordinate the surrogacy journey with a dedicated case manager.
• Ensure timely payments and participate in the intake process and ongoing support meetings.
