Qualifications

• Must be between ages 21-39 years old.
• BMI under 30.
• US citizen or permanent resident.
• Have one successful pregnancy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the surrogacy journey with medical, legal, and emotional guidance from the agency.
• Help intended parents build their families.
• Follow the agency’s process and stay in regular contact with your case manager.
