As a surrogate, you will receive base compensation, monthly allowances, and additional performance bonuses, plus a dedicated case manager and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• Must be 21–39 years old and BMI under 30.
• US citizen or permanent resident.
• Must have at least one successful pregnancy.
• Healthy, non-smoking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in medical, legal, and emotional support steps.
• Follow agency protocols and attend medical appointments as required.
• Maintain open communication with your case manager and intended parents.
