Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Having had at least one successful pregnancy.
• BMI under 30.
• US citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents throughout the surrogacy journey with medical, legal, and emotional guidance.
• Attend medical appointments as required and follow agency protocols.
• Maintain ongoing communication with your case manager and the support team.
